Privacy Notice – Bounce Together and Wonde
Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how we use any personal data that we hold about them. We comply with this right by providing ‘privacy notices’ to individuals where we are processing their personal data.
This privacy notice explains how we are going to share and use personal data about our pupils in two new ways.
Bounce Together
We have agreed to share pupil data with a company called Bounce Together in order to conduct in-school reading surveys involving pupils, well being surveys involving pupils and other surveys.
In order to help administer the surveys, Bounce Together have access to the following information which is already stored on our school information management system (SIMS): Student ID, Forename, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth, School Registration Group (Code / Name / Year), School Email, Leaving Date, Free School Meal status, Pupil Premium status, English as an additional language status, SEN status, Gifted status.
The results from these surveys will only be used by St Peter’s CoE Primary School and will not be shared with any third party.
Wonde
We have agreed to share pupil data with a company called Wonde in order to connect our school information management system (SIMS) to our library system (Junior Librarian). This will help ensure that all the information on the library system is up-to-date and correct.
In order to facilitate this connection, Wonde will have access to the following information which is already stored on our school information management system (SIMS): Student ID, Forename, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth, School Registration Group (Code / Name / Year), School Email, Leaving Date, Free School Meal status, Pupil Premium status, English as an additional language status, SEN status, Gifted status.
