Fish and Bread @ Rosehill rooms and cookery

This Fish & Seafood day will show some of the best ways to prepare, cook and serve seafood. During the day you will learn about - scaling, gutting, skinning and filleting with tips on what to look for when buying fish and shellfish so that you can enjoy the best. There will be time to sample the dishes cooked and to talk about ideas.

Bread Making -Traditional bread making is one of the most satisfying and relaxing things you can do. By just using simple ingredients you can make a variety of tasty breads and filled rolls using different methods and the same basic dough. The bread is made by hand without the use of specialist machinery so it can be easily done at home.
